NOTICE TO PARENTS OF 5th GRADE STUDENTS!

According to New York State Law, students entering 6th grade must receive their second Varicella dose and Tdap booster prior to admission to sixth grade. You will be receiving a letter from me after Spring recess explaining it further. Call your pediatrician's office as soon as possible for an appointment.

As of July 1, 2018, New York State law requires a health examination for all students entering the school district for the first time and when entering Pre-K or K, 1^st, 3^rd, 5^th, 7^th, 9^th , and 11^th grade.

All kindergarteners and students new to the district are required to submit an updated physical and immunization records prior to entering school.
