Dear UPES Families,
My name is Mrs. Molly Wallschlaeger and I am thrilled and honored to introduce myself as the new UPES Principal. I am extremely thankful to join this wonderful school community. I view families as essential partners in the learning process, and I am eager to collaborate with you to ensure your child has an exceptional school experienceā€”academically, socially, and emotionally.
I have been an educator for a little over 20 years now. Both my teaching and administrative career lie at the elementary level here in WNY. A key educational focus for me continues to be building strong, healthy relationships among students, staff, and families. I firmly believe that a school community be one that is filled with care, support, respect, and healthy communication. This strong sense of connection and belonging lead to great achievements for all of us!
